Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
  • Some items may ship separately to help speed up delivery. If you ordered multiple products, you may receive more than one package.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship domestically to all U.S. states.
Shipping rates and delivery times are based on your order total and weight, as shown below:

Economy Shipping

  • Orders $50.00 and up - Free
  • Orders 0–5 lb - $4.90
  • Orders 5–70 lb - $19.90

Economy shipping is our most affordable option and applies automatically based on your cart total or weight.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders 0–1 lb - $6.90
  • Orders 1–5 lb - $9.90

Standard shipping provides a faster delivery option for customers who need their items sooner.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary by location. Here are our standard estimates:

  • United States: 8–14 business days
  • Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Central & South America: 10–20 business days
  • Africa: 15–30 business days

Note: These estimates do not include our 2–5 day processing time. Delivery times may be affected by customs, weather, local courier delays, or holidays.

Shipping Rates & International Taxes

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our prices.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  • You can track your shipment anytime through our Track Order page.
  • If you don’t receive tracking information within 3–5 business days, contact us at support@furri.com.

Lost or Missing Packages

We’re here to help.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we’ll resend it at no cost.
  • If tracking says “delivered” but your package is missing, contact us within 7 days, and we’ll work with you to resolve it.
