When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1–2 business days once your order has been processed.
If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Why isn’t my tracking number working yet?

Tracking numbers may take up to 5 business days to update after they are issued. This depends on when the shipping carrier scans the package.

If your tracking still isn’t updating after 5 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times vary by location. Here are the estimated delivery windows:

United States: 8–14 business days
Canada & Europe: 8–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
Central & South America: 10–20 business days
Asia: 8–15 business days
Africa: 15–30 business days

Please note:

  • These estimates do not include our 2–5 business day processing time.
  • Customs delays may extend delivery times in some countries.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

If your order has not arrived after the maximum delivery window, please email us at support@furri.store and we will investigate with the carrier.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

You may request a return if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase (item must be unused and in original packaging)

For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos so we can assist you quickly.

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, we will cover replacement or refund options.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.
