Returns & Refunds
We want you and your pet to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason
you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.
- Defective or damaged items: If the product arrives damaged or defective,
please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We
will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including return shipping). - Change of mind / other returns: If you wish to return an item for any other
reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. The item must be
unused, in its original packaging, and with no signs of wear. Return shipping
cost is paid by the customer in this case. - Refund process: Once we receive your returned item and confirm its
condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5
business days. - Excluded items: Some items (e.g., personalized items, clearance sales)
may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns. These will be clearly marked
on the product page. - Contact us: If you have any questions or need assistance, email our
support team at support@furri.store and include your order number.
